Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical product orders placed with ADHDpreneur LLC and its brands VBRNTT, The Vibrant Book Club™, and Smuttastic Book Fair (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit or delivery time.

During new product launches, sales, holidays, events, or other periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more before taxes and after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.

Orders under $50 are subject to applicable shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any expedited or alternative shipping options, when available, will be displayed at checkout and may incur an additional charge.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit or appears to be delayed, we recommend contacting the applicable shipping carrier for additional information.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building or mailroom, and the applicable shipping carrier.

If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, you may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you where reasonably possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or other information necessary to review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.
