Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from ADHDpreneur LLC and its brands VBRNTT, The Vibrant Book Club™, and Smuttastic Book Fair (“VBRNTT,” “The Vibrant Book Club,” “Smuttastic Book Fair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including purchases made through our websites, online stores, events, and other sales channels.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by VBRNTT, The Vibrant Book Club™, or Smuttastic Book Fair, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

PRODUCTS & MERCHANDISE

All product and merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item, size, color, style, or device model

• No longer wanting or needing the item

• Personal preference

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing, compatibility information, and order details before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or other information to verify the issue. If approved, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

EVENT TICKETS

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds if you are unable to attend an event for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, weather, or other personal circumstances.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets may not be transferred, resold, or applied as credit toward another VBRNTT, The Vibrant Book Club™, or Smuttastic Book Fair event without our prior approval.

Event details, including schedules, programming, vendors, activities, locations, and other elements, are subject to change. Changes to event programming or participating vendors do not automatically qualify a ticket for a refund.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will generally be transferred to the rescheduled event date and will remain non-refundable.

If VBRNTT, The Vibrant Book Club™, or Smuttastic Book Fair cancels an event entirely and does not provide a rescheduled date or comparable alternative, we will determine the appropriate resolution and communicate available options directly to ticket holders.

Events may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

VENDOR & EXHIBITOR FEES

All vendor, author, exhibitor, sponsorship, booth, table, and participation fees are final and non-refundable.

Once a vendor or participant has paid to secure their space, no refund will be issued if they later cancel, withdraw, become unable to attend, or fail to participate.

Vendor fees may not be transferred to another event, date, business, or individual unless we provide prior written approval.

Payment of a vendor or exhibitor fee does not guarantee specific attendance, sales, revenue, booth traffic, or other business results.

Additional vendor terms provided during the application, acceptance, contracting, or payment process may also apply.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS, CLASSES & OTHER PURCHASES

Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, digital products, downloadable materials, classes, workshops, memberships, add-ons, upgrades, and other purchases are final and non-refundable.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is an error with a charge or purchase, please contact us directly so we can review the issue.

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this Refund & Return Policy or any terms agreed to at the time of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

Any exception to this policy is made solely at our discretion and must be confirmed by us in writing. Providing an exception in one circumstance does not require VBRNTT, The Vibrant Book Club™, Smuttastic Book Fair, or ADHDpreneur LLC to provide the same exception in the future.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
