Refund policy

 

We want you to love your bookish goodies, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

• Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date.
• Once your return is approved, you must ship the item within 14 days using the provided return label. If the label expires, contact Customer Service for a new one. In such cases, your refund will be issued as store credit only.
• A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if you choose store credit, this fee is waived.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition:
✅ Books must be unread, unused, and in their original packaging (no creased spines, folded pages, or writing).
✅ Bookish accessories must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

What Cannot Be Returned

🚫 Final Sale items (including clearance and limited-edition products) are non-returnable.
🚫 Digital products (e-books, downloads, gift cards) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
🚫 Mystery book bundles & surprise book boxes are final sale.

Additional Notes

• Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense.
• If your order was purchased with a gift card, refunds will be issued back to the gift card only.
• Do not combine multiple orders in one return package—doing so will cause processing delays.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
