Buyers can explore collections in person, discover new wholesale brands, build relationships with founders and creators, and place orders directly with the businesses they want to bring into their stores.

WHOLESALE SHOPPING

9 AM–5 PM

Explore the show floor, meet exhibiting brands, view products and collections in person, and place wholesale orders directly with participating businesses.

Each exhibitor will maintain its own wholesale pricing, order minimums, terms, and fulfillment timelines.

CASH & CARRY

5–7 PM

End the day by shopping select inventory from participating brands at wholesale pricing and taking it with you that evening.

CURATED is a trade-only event and is not open to general public shopping.

Admission is complimentary for approved retail buyers and their registered buying associates.

CURATED gives product-based brands the opportunity to put their collections directly in front of the people buying for stores.

Instead of relying entirely on online wholesale marketplaces, emails, digital catalogs, and cold outreach, meet retail buyers face-to-face.

We’re looking for emerging and established brands creating bookish, giftable, reader-inspired, and lifestyle products that would be a natural fit for bookstores, gift shops, boutiques, and specialty retail.

CURATED is not a traditional vendor market

Exhibitors are encouraged to transform their space into a miniature showroom — an intentional, retail-ready representation of their brand where buyers can experience their products and collections.

Exhibitors will provide their own complete booth setup, including displays, shelving, tables, signage, décor, samples, and other materials needed to bring their brand to life.

EXHIBITOR OPTIONS

  • 6' × 6' Exhibitor Space | $200

    A compact showroom-style space ideal for smaller collections and emerging brands.

  • 12' × 12' Exhibitor Space | $350

    A larger footprint for expanded collections, shelving, multiple displays, and immersive brand experiences.

  • Kitchen Space | $150

    Approximately 5' of display space within our shared kitchen area for select packaged food, snack, treat, and beverage brands.

NEW TO WHOLESALE?

CURATED welcomes established wholesale businesses as well as growing product brands that are ready to expand into retail.

Accepted exhibitors will receive access to a pre-show educational webinar covering wholesale preparation, line sheets, order minimums, buyer conversations, order writing, fulfillment, Cash & Carry, booth preparation, and how to make the most of the show.
