This section describes the text messaging program operated by ADHDpreneur LLC.

How You Opt In

Text messages are sent only to individuals who have knowingly and voluntarily opted in to receive them.

The primary way to opt in is through the chat widget located on our website at https://thevibrantbookclub.com/. During a chat interaction, you may voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and independently select one or both of the following consent checkboxes:

Customer care messages. Consent to receive text messages from ADHDpreneur LLC related to your inquiry, including responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Handle Mobile Information

We use your mobile telephone number, consent status, and message content solely to operate the text messaging program you consented to.

We may disclose mobile information to service providers that assist us in delivering text messages on our behalf, including our messaging platform provider, telecommunications carriers, and similar vendors, only to the extent necessary to deliver those messages.
